Q. What is this Kukiapp all about?

A. Kukiapp lets you connect with other people without the need of sending a personal a message and secondly by creating meaningful connections with people you choose using Social Connect, Professional Connect or Spiritual Connect features.

Q. I installed the app, now what?

A. Search other users from the SEARCH icon in the footer menu and send free Kukies to who ever you like.

Q. What else I can do on this app?

A. Click on the GROUP icon in the footer menu and start posting in “Social Connect” and “Professional Connect”.

Q. How I can use Photo sharing feature of “Spiritual Connect”?

A. Click on the GROUP icon in the footer menu and then “Spiritual Connect”. Select your “Guru or Organization” and then click “Share Blessings”

Q. Is my mobile number shared with other users?

A. No. Please view our Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy

Q. Can I change my Religion, Professional Group, Languages or Personality Traits after I create my profile

A. No. However, you can delete your profile and recreate it with correct information.

Q. How can I earn cash using “Invite and Earn” feature?

A. Share the invite link with other people and ask them to use your mobile number to earn 10 free kukies for both of you. Once you collect 100 kukies you can redeem them for cash.

Q. Can I buy kukies to add to my Kuki jar?

A. No. You can only add kukies to kuki jar by using “Invite and Earn” feature. You kuki jar will always maintain a minimum balance of 10 kukies so that you never run out of kukies no matter how many you send.

Q. How can I send more kukies to a user who has not opened my kuki and 24 hours also not passed?

A. You cannot.

Q. I received a kuki which I opened and then returned but cannot send more kukies?

A. You can send more kukies only when the receiver opens it or 24 hrs are passed. This condition applies to both users.

Q. I cannot find an appropriate topic in Social Connect. Can I suggest a topic?

A. Yes. Please contact us using our Contact Us form.

Q. Can I post a Social Connect discussion in another city?

A. Yes. Simply change the city in Social Connect home page from top left hand corner and then post.

Q. Can I post a Professional Connect question in another city?

A. Yes. Simply change the city in Professional Connect home page from top left hand corner and then ask your question.

Q. I do not find my Spiritual Guru or Organization in the list, what should I do?

A. Please suggest us your Spiritual Guru or Organization using our Contact Us form.

Q. Can I post a Spiritual Event in another city?

A. Yes. Simply change the city in Spiritual Connect home page from top left hand corner and then post.

Q. What is the difference between Public Event and Private Event.

A. An invitee of a Public Event can invite further by sharing the invite in other social groups whereas invitee of a Private Event cannot.

Q. I unblocked a user but still can not send kukies or messages to that user?

A. If a blocked user also blocks you then kukies or messages can not be sent to that user even when you unblock that user.
