1. When you download kukiapp and create an account (“Account”), we may ask for certain information (“Registration Information”) about you, such as:

• (a) Mobile Number
• (b) First Name
• (c) Last Name
• (d) Gender identity (Male, Female, Other)
• (e) Age Group (Example 45-50 years)
• (f) Religious identity
• (g) City
• (h) State
• (i) Profession you belong to
• (j) Personality Traits
• (k) Languages Known
• (l) Photograph (for profile display only)

2. Your Registration Information will be saved in our data base until you delete your Account in which case we delete your Registration Information from our data except your Mobile Number. We keep your Mobile Number saved in our data so that we may verify you if you download the app again and in that case, we may disable certain Free Features of app which are only meant for first time app users.

3. Even after you remove information from your profile or delete your Account, copies of that information may still be viewable and/or accessed to the extent such information has been previously shared with others, or copied or stored by others. We cannot control this, nor do we accept any liability for this.

4. You will be able to change your Registration Information except:

• (a) Religious identity
• (b) Profession you belong to
• (c) Personality Traits
• (d) Languages Known

5. Your Registration Information is shared with other app users except your Mobile Number.

6. If you have given Kukiapp access to your location in your device settings, when you use your mobile, we will collect information about your location. This information helps us identify your physical location and this could be used by other users to search you by location.

7. Although we want as many people as possible to enjoy our app, you have to be at least 18 years old to use the App. If you are less than 18 years old, we request that you do not submit information to us. If we become aware that a child, minor or anyone under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal information, we will take steps to terminate that person’s registration.

8. We use reasonable security measures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information such as secured servers using firewalls. We use OTP to verify and confirm your mobile number so that no other user could misuse your mobile to register or login. However, we do not use password enabled app-lock functionality for this app.

9. As this app would evolve, we may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and can always be viewed at kukiapp.com/privacy-policy/. A policy change will be notified through app notifications and can only be viewed if notifications are enabled by the user. This Privacy Policy was last updated on 01-Jan-2024.
